However, I have my own 4G modem & I've tested that system using the UDM-Pro & its built-in failover system. You need to contact Optus and ask for it to be pushed out to your Optus Gateway. Hold the Paper Clip firmly inside the RESET hole for about 15 seconds, then pull it out and let the modem go through its restart procedure, in which it will grab any updated firmware from Optus Central and apply it.
